Terms of Purchase are specific terms and conditions related to purchasing products from us at Livelo. They outline important aspects of the purchase, such as payment options, shipping information, return and refund policies, and warranty details.

  • Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.

    Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the payment method chosen.

    Shipping terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method.

  • Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you are withdrawing your consent. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them.

    If the contract concerns a specially made product – or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the day we provided information.

  • You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose your right to withdraw.

    The warranty does not cover:
    • Misuse or defects caused by self-assembled parts.
    • Defects caused by lack of service
    • Use of faulty components
    • Damage caused by an accident or misuse, neglect

  • The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to the item.

    Estimated delivery time for accessories and spare parts is 5-7 working days if the product is in stock. We are closed during July so all deliveries placed during July will be shipped in early August.

    If you pay via "E-mail invoice", we will send you an invoice to be paid in advance and we will await payment before sending the product.

  • If you have chosen cash on delivery as the shipping method, your goods will remain at the post office for four weeks.

    Uncollected goods will be returned to us.

    For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you return shipping costs, shipping fee and handling fee, currently 150:-

  • Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packaged it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery.

    When exchanging, we pay the new shipping from us to you.

    Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return the product to us.

  • If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the notification that you have withdrawn your consent.

    You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. We always pay the return costs for sending back so-called replacement items.

  • When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you.

    According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In this case, please contact us via email.

    If you use our mobile application, you also agree to share your bike's geolocation with us. This data is used to help you secure your bike and recover it in case of theft, as well as to calculate the history of your trips.
