Team Livelo
“The Livelo bike turned out exactly as we dreamed and we are very proud to now see it rolling out on the streets.” - Mats
Mats Porle started Livelo in 2011. The ambition was to develop a bike for the whole family's needs and a smarter alternative to the car for shorter trips and transportation. A versatile family bike that is just as fun to ride with or without a load.
Today, we at Livelo, together with our 1000s of users, are constantly working to develop Livelo. Livelo became exactly as Mats dreamed of and we are very proud to now see it rolling out on the streets.

VISION
Our vision was to create a year-round bike that was perfect for commuting to work, picking up and dropping off children at daycare and school, and being able to transport a few grocery bags home. Or simply enjoying a nice bike ride to the forest with the dog. These are everyday tasks that can be handled within cycling distance if you have an adapted bike.
What we stand for
QUALITY
We quickly realized that the bike had to be light, agile, and able to fit through doors. It also had to be equipped with high-quality components to be attractive and fun to ride, while offering maximum safety.
City cycling with frequent start and stop situations, demands for stability at low to medium speeds, and use in winter conditions meant we chose to have three wheels, two in front and one in the rear.
FUNCTION
Livelo offers a flexible child seat with belts, a roll bar and a rain cover for a comfortable and safe ride for children. It also has plenty of space for loading when needed. We felt that a powerful electric motor combined with a strong battery was necessary to be able to ride with a full load in our hilly environment.
We chose hydraulic disc brakes with a parking brake function and are particularly pleased with the suspension, which provides a stable and safe ride.

Livelo Bikes AB 2023 Version: 1
Livelo Bikes AB is constantly working to find the best and most sustainable suppliers.
Livelo Bikes primarily selects large and well-known suppliers with clear policy documents and procedures to ensure that parts and products delivered to Livelo Bikes do not originate from conflict-affected or high-risk areas, vs. do not contain conflict minerals or cobalt that benefits armed groups or contributes to human rights abuses. This means that no parts or deliveries consist of cobalt or conflict minerals, defined as tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold, that originate from conflict-affected or high-risk areas.
The goal of this policy is to ensure that Livelo Bikes products do not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups or contribute to human rights abuses through mining or mineral trade in conflict-affected or high-risk areas. Livelo Bikes
AB is actively engaged in selecting suppliers and partners who have policies, long-term frameworks and management systems in accordance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, which have been designed to meet this goal to the extent they deem it applicable to the individual business.
