This rain cover is specially designed for the Livelo #2. It protects children in bad weather, but thanks to the openings on the sides, air can still flow through. It is attached under the front edge of the basket and with Velcro on the sides. It is easily rolled up and held in place under the handlebars with two Velcro straps.
